Crushing equipment Jaw crusher, if the specifications of the raw materials are relatively large, you can choose a jaw crusher to crush them first, and then carry out secondary crushing, which can speed up work efficiency and improve the quality of the output. Users can configure it as needed; Cone crusher, granite secondary crushing configuration, because the hardness of granite itself is relatively large, if you choose a cone crusher, you can control the later operating costs, and maintenance is also more convenient. There are four types of cone crushers to choose from, compound, full hydraulic, multi-cylinder hydraulic, single-cylinder hydraulic, production lines of different sizes can find suitable models to choose;
3. Screening is equipped with a vibrating screen, and grading and impurity removal are completed simultaneously. One production line can process finished materials of different specifications at the same time, which mainly relies on the grading treatment of the vibrating screen. The number of screen layers can be configured as needed, with 2, 3, and 4 layers available. Through the screening of the vibrating screen, the impurities in the finished material can be screened out, the purity of the sand material can be improved, and high-grade granite stone materials can be processed.
