This is the complete configuration of a pebble machine-made sand production line.
Generally speaking, the supporting auxiliary equipment such as feeding, screening, conveying, and sand washing are indispensable, and the crushing equipment of the main machine can be deleted according to the actual production situation.
If the pebble raw material is not large in size, the jaw crusher in the first breaking link can be omitted, and it can be directly sent to the cone crusher for crushing into stone size; if the raw material is already the size of stone, it can be directly sent to the sand making machine for machine-made sand production.
Pebbles are a common natural stone in nature. Their chemical composition is silicon dioxide, which has strong pressure resistance. Moreover, their texture is very hard. Therefore, when they are broken, they will cause great damage to the machine.
Cone crushers mainly crush materials by mutual extrusion. They combine the advantages of hammer crushers and impact crushers.
They have hydraulic protection systems and iron protection devices. They use the principle of layered crushing. Their overall structure, working principle and materials are designed to handle medium-hard materials. When they crush high-hard materials like pebbles, they cause relatively little loss to the wear parts of the equipment, which can save users the cost of maintenance and replacement.
Therefore, although the hardness of pebbles is very high, cone crushing uses the principle of layered crushing to reduce the wear on the wear parts of the machine. It is really the best way to crush pebbles with cone crushing.
