LIMESTONE AGGREGATE PRODUCTION PLANT IN HENAN, CHINA
The limestone aggregate production line constructed by SANME in Henan, China, with an annual processing capacity of 4 million tons, uses jaw crusher and high-performance hydraulic cone crusher. The crushed rock of this project is a relatively hard rock, which has a compressive strength of 120MPa.

Limestone crushing process
1. Primary crushing: After the limestone is excavated, it is processed by the primary crushing equipment to crush the blocky limestone into smaller particles. The primary crushing equipment generally uses a jaw crusher, which has the characteristics of high strength, high reliability and high processing capacity.
2. Intermediate crushing: The limestone particles after primary crushing are transported to the intermediate crushing equipment through a conveyor belt for further crushing. The intermediate crushing equipment generally uses an impact crusher, which can further crush the limestone particles and has high crushing efficiency and a high fine crushing ratio.
3. Fine crushing: The limestone particles after intermediate crushing are further transported to the fine crushing equipment for fine crushing. The fine crushing equipment generally uses a cone crusher, which can crush the limestone particles into fine sand to meet the different needs of different industries for sand.
4. Screening and washing: The finely crushed limestone sand is screened by a vibrating screen to obtain sand of different particle sizes. During the screening process, a sand washer can be used for washing to remove impurities and sediment on the surface of the particles and improve the quality of the sand.
